the number of criteria that can be selected the number is
astounding.

do you separate Services Calls from PMs?
Throughout MicroMain XM you will note that items are classified by
user-defined types. For example, buildings, spaces (areas),
and equipment are classified by type. The work orders
are marked as the work order types that are user-defined. Work orders
type typically include: routine, emergency, project, preventive, Do
It Now, immediate, demand and others.
